It seems like "Scroll Lock" is likely the intended command. Pressing the Scroll Lock Key will disable it, as most programs no longer use that key.

Is the keyboard the wireless model? If yes, refer to pages 2-3 of the manual. It powers on when blue and displays a red flash if the battery is low.

This would make sense. It is a wireless device. I attempted to press all the keys and their function codes without any adjustments. I wasn't able to locate a manual for my keyboard. Thanks!
