He had his nephew explore the computer by tapping around, which caused some mess. I’m familiar with PCs and Windows, but I’ve never seen something like this before and don’t know what to do to fix it. Please help me out!

I've made the necessary adjustments. The view tab now includes a Mods option to close this thread, thank you.
