How do I remove windows 10 ISO?
I planned to sell a computer but the buyer asked for CentOS instead of Windows 10 ISO. Need guidance on deleting the Windows 10 ISO file.
My top assumption from the web is it's an application. Thanks.
Come on dude... I understand the person didn't offer much assistance, but the web is your ally. https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-erase-a-...an-2619148 Use RUFUS or similar tools to transfer the DBAN ISO onto a flash drive. Then (with RUFUS or another program) copy the CENTOS ISO to another flash drive (or keep a backup on a different machine if you're reusing the first). Follow the steps in this guide to erase the disk. After that, restart from your CENTOS drive and install any required drivers based on your setup. Be kind to community members and have a great day.
I hope you're a better performer than tech support. The Windows OS isn't an ISO file—it's a disc image, often used when installing operating systems. For Linux, you'll need to create the installer, format the drive, and set it up like any other OS. DBAN is a tool that can wipe a drive of all data; if you're very cautious, that might be the way to go.
