I am just starting with this problem, so could you please give me some advice? My computer has a Motherboard from Biostar (model mcp6p m2), two gigabytes of RAM by Kingston using DDR2 at 800MHz, a 500GB hard drive that is WD Azul.

That board won't work well if you try to push that processor too hard. It's not a good idea at all.

I have an AMD Athlon 64 X2 4400+ processor and a motherboard called mcp6pb with m2+ support, 4GB of DDR2 Kingston RAM at 800MHz. I also have a 30-watt power supply and a 500GB WD Blue hard drive. Would you help me overclock it? Thanks so much!

You're going to try to make that CPU run faster, but you won't succeed because there is no reason for it.
