I know this is a risk and that I should not be doing this, but I want to game but I don't have money to buy a new desktop computer. So I'm using my laptop that has an i3 4030U + HD4400, and I see people on YouTube that could overclock their HD 4400 by increasing the "Processor Graphics Ratio Limit" from 10.5x to 14x on Intel XTU, but I don't even have that option at all. Or is there another way? Help.

I strongly advise against this! Laptops are known for their inadequate cooling. Increasing the overclocking will lead to even greater heat buildup.

You can't boost performance significantly for most laptops, particularly older models. The improvement is minimal, barely keeping up with the lowest specifications.
