You can try BCLK overclocking, though I haven’t tested it on your 12100. It might not work as expected. Most likely, the best approach is to adjust the turbo boost settings—some motherboard models let you change core turbo clocks via a toggle.

You're not able to. To boost performance beyond normal for a 12100, you must perform BCLK overclocking. However, this requires a motherboard with an external clock generator—only available on a few models, most of which are significantly more expensive than the CPU and incompatible with your current setup. If you're serious about this, the B760M PG Riptide is typically the most affordable option that supports it. But if you're planning to purchase a new board, it might be better to upgrade your platform rather than stick with your existing gear.
