I was thinking about boosting my GTX 750 (Not ti) but I'm not sure how or what to do to achieve that.

Use MSI Afterburner, refer to this tutorial: https://www.msi.com/blog/need-more-fps-try-overclocking
Start with low voltage, then boost clock speed before adjusting voltage!

I saw a video showing someone overclock in a 750, I think I’ll follow his steps. Does this apply to AMD?

Do you want to use an AMD GPU or CPU? The CPU part is not important, it should function with an AMD GPU as well. Please keep the voltage low.

You're asking about whether it applies to an AMD GPU or CPU, and you mentioned the CPU isn't important but still want to check the voltage settings. Also, you seem to be looking for download links that aren't available.

I was checking some configurations and didn't notice significant changes. It seems the settings aren't taking effect, how should I apply them?

since the card isn't powerful enough, adding just a small amount doesn't make much difference... the OC offers only a slight boost for weaker cards.
