Don't worry, at 3000/14 you're already ahead of 3200/16 by a noticeable gap, which in terms of memory speed translates to just a few nanoseconds. Ryzen are particular about RAM, and you're currently performing well. Cutting Cas further won't improve things, and trying to force 3200/14 without stability isn't worth it. Sometimes it's enough to settle for what works.
