One option uses USB technology with specifications from iBall, produced by Ralink Technology. It features a 150M wireless adapter with enhanced data speeds up to 150Mbps, supporting WEP, WPA, and WPA2-PSK security. It includes a USB 2.0 interface for quick setup and monitoring. Compatible with Windows XP through Windows 10 and Mac OS 10.10 (Intel platform). The price is Rs. 575.00. The second model is compatible with laptops using MPCIE and comes from Qualcomm Atheros Communications, manufactured by Dell Inc., featuring the Dell Wireless 1705 at 2.4GHz.

I question whether talking about "pentesting" hardware or software is permitted here. What’s important is the chipset, with a few Atheros and Realtek models supported; you can look up lists online.

Pentesting serves legal purposes, so it aligns with Community Standards there. However, I remain skeptical about these basic chips performing well. Edit links provided for further reference. Good luck to @LIQUIDFOX00200.

I didn’t refer to any details about "pentesting" at all, just answered your straightforward query. Hooray!

And I addressed your query, buddy. The majority of Ralink-based dongles and cards available are subpar. Laptop Atheros chips receive only limited support, making genuine Realtek options like the RTL8087 and its relatives more reliable. Additionally, you'll be limited to 802.11b/g because most 802.11b/g/n cards don't handle packet injection.
