I hired a web agency to fix my computer by removing bad software, installing Windows 11, and running three hard drives. But the virus is back. I also have not used the internet from my house yet.

Had had a similar issue with an old computer, so now I know exactly what rootkits are and how to find them online.

If they set up Windows media correctly by using official sources, this would be very hard to do right. If you then installed fake apps afterward, the problem comes back again. You should only go through legal channels. Also, don't have too many Lenovo extra programs that come with their stuff. A clean start takes out all of those things. Then pick what you need and bring it back on.
