It's the directory where Windows 10 is installed. Microsoft added a dot to the folder name to mimic a file extension, but it's actually a folder. You're likely looking for setup.exe. Just double-clicking it should start the installation.

I click twice on the setup.exe file and see this warning: "Windows couldn't find the needed install file [boot.wim]. Make sure the source is correct and try again. Error code: 0x80070002"
