I increased the graphics settings slightly and was able to run at around 50 frames per second, though this isn’t very common. Just a random question—when I connected my PC and mistakenly used SATA 2 instead of SATA 3, did it impact performance?

It shouldn't influence anything, but verify it and the GPU to ensure both are securely inserted. If even a single pin isn't placed correctly, it might be the root cause. If this doesn't resolve the issue, consider reinstalling it—SATA 3 technology can sometimes be sensitive.
