I have a query, I'm using Windows 10 Enterprise. I'm facing issues with the search bar, Cortana, Xbox Live, and popups for admin apps. The media creation tool isn't working, and when booting from USB, I get straight into my Windows without changes. I've tried activation codes and other solutions, but nothing seems to help. The Windows 10 Pro key doesn't show up correctly on the settings or config screen. Can someone assist me?

Attempt to access Windows 10 Enterprise N LTSB directly. I moved up from Windows 8.1 Pro WMC and I’m pleased with the results so far.

Yes, the N indicates that there are no media players or similar components involved.

I understood that. I’ll look for the Windows options you mentioned. If I install it, can I retain all my existing games and files since I’m aware there’s a “keep all files” feature?

You won't be able to upgrade. You must do a clean install, back up your data, and copy the Steam library. After installation, simply paste the Steam library and link it to that file.

Enterprise N LTSB offers benefits compared to Windows 10 Pro since it allows creating a Windows 10 Pro copy on a USB using the media creation tool.

It doesn’t include metro apps in Contact Support, Settings & Search, and it offers much more reliable performance. (I’ve got the creator updates on my rig)

Sure, it might work by removing the irrelevant part, but it should feel better. I’m planning to grab a version of that Windows update.

Yes, there are methods for consumers to obtain it properly. (Or if you're not too concerned.)
