I'm looking to set up the newest Debian version without a graphical interface on an old machine I refer to as "The Moldy Nugget." I want to install a minimal window manager similar to what you see in the OpenBSD setup picture. It would be great to run terminal programs across several terminal windows, just like in the 90s hacker scenes. I'm curious about the window manager shown but unsure of its name.

Just set up the netinstall Debian version, then add your preferred desktop environment. For the screenshot you shared, it shows something like this (exact name not specified), such as a wm similar to i3.
