You can move your RDR2 saves by using the Rockstar app on another PC. Download the save files, open them in the app, and then transfer the data to your new machine. Make sure you have the correct game version installed.

It should automatically save your progress if I'm not wrong. You should be able to access your Rockstar account on the new PC, start the game, and view your saved data.

Open Settings, choose Select RDR2 from "My installed games," then click "View Save Files." On first start, you'll be asked to pick a save location—select local or cloud, and the system will handle the rest.

The issue arose because I selected the wrong option during the initial load.
