You can back up your activation data before transferring your OS to the new SSD. Restoring will depend on whether the swap works correctly—ensure the drive is properly recognized and the installation process uses the correct activation source. It may not work if the swap isn’t handled properly or if the system detects issues during the transfer.

You can move your activation by backing it up and then reinstalling it on a new system.

The question seems unclear to me. Could you provide more details?

I retain my activation settings. I downloaded an ISO from the Microsoft site, but it didn’t activate. My activation remains on this hard drive—how can I move it to the FFresh SSD?

Your request is not valid. You cannot transfer an activation. Are you inquiring about activating Windows during a clean installation? If so, just provide your product key when prompted.

No, you can't use programs that allow activation transfer.

This process requires specific hardware. You might need to reactivate it. But you should encounter no issues with that. Can you tell me how you obtained Windows?

Activate using the mobile device, avoid unnecessary calls and save time. Appreciate the help. Will the outcome depend only on replacing the HDD with an SSD?
