You just upgraded your drive and have 1.5TB of free space. You want to use that space for sdc3 and combine it with itself. I checked the GPARTED live setup, but resizing wasn’t possible. Did you try a swap operation or something similar? It sounds like this process is quite tricky!

Remove the swap partition, then expand. Or because its size is full, create another partition within that allocated area and increase the LVM volume.
