I'm trying to move my Dell Latitude laptop over to a new HP one by using the Todo Backup software. I need to run a restore from the old drive onto the new one, but I might lose some data because of the missing Operating System 3F0 Any suggestions?

is your trying to fix the operating system? Can't make it work on other computer parts.

It's probably going to fail because Windows isn't made in pieces like that for moving. It won't work well on laptops either. Did the new HP come with a different operating system? If it did, you can just put the apps you want there.
