How can I set up a persistent small white dot with black thin borders on my display?
I want this because, for some unknown reason, too many games didn’t create them by default. I’m getting frustrated and I need one, since most shooting games are basically there. If you can, please give me one—just a small piece of paper with glue works for me. It’s annoying that the game settings are so bad. Stop making it hard!
I don't completely grasp your question, but are you referring to black borders around your Monitor and games as well? Do you want these to be enabled or disabled?

Full PC specifications? Which monitor model do you have? What is the native resolution and aspect ratio? Black borders might also appear due to an incorrect aspect ratio setting.
For instance, an ultrawide monitor with a 16:9 aspect ratio can cause visual issues when paired with a signal that has a 4:3 aspect ratio. The outcome? Black bars on the sides of your screen. Changing this aspect ratio quickly resolves the problem of unexpected black bars along the display edges.
Bro, it is simple: when I play a shooter of any type, I want a solid white dot in the center of the screen!
I don't get it, such a simple thing and devs like skipping it.. Yea, Ik there' always spread of shooting. However, it's all equal chance around that center! Big spreads are so confusing...
Maybe if I can run an image all the time that has it, but the whole rest of it is transparent. Idk how to do that.
There are tools that perform this task, and this is the first one I discovered. It seems to have no personal experience with it. Most online games might not allow extra software to run, though perhaps exceptions exist. I believe you're referring to Crosshairs.
It's present in the settings of nearly all games.
For an unexplained reason, Eset nod identified the site as malicious. Wth... That white dot was the only clear sign. The rest of the crosshair indicates spread, but it's not enough for clarity. I just tried one now and MSI afterburner started focusing on it... It looks like I need to tweak some settings until it functions properly.
