How can I refresh my BIOS? It's a Yunir TG-h81g573 board that has a GTX 1060 3GB chip and a Xeon processor.

Here is a plain English rewrite:

First thing first, just why do you really need to update your BIOS chip? Many people say they have to, but most times it's not needed at all. If you mess this up without checking the right steps, it can brick your motherboard and make it unusable forever.

If your new hard drive doesn't show up when you check settings, maybe the drive has a problem. Have you tried it with another computer? Also, can you turn off or on the m.2 socket in BIOS? What brand and model of SSD are you trying to put in there?

The H81 chip usually doesn't like NVMe drives for starting up your PC. Some big brands added this feature later by updating their BIOS settings, but if you pick a cheap Chinese brand, you lose that support and have to use the drive only for extra storage, not for booting. If you want help changing the BIOS, ask on forums, but often you need to find an older factory version of the BIOS from them so they can make the change. Since the manufacturer probably has no official website or isn't reliable, it's a risky idea. Without their program to fix this, removing and reading the old BIOS chip yourself is too much hassle when Windows 10 support ends in six months. Just stick with using SATA for booting instead. There is another way: you can boot from a USB stick that has NVMe drivers installed.

I bought this SSD which fits into the M.2 hole on my computer. Even though my BIOS doesn't show how to use it yet, I can see that there is still room in the board for one more drive.

I swapped out my old processor for an Intel Core i7-4790K and added a new solid state drive. Right now, I'm working on getting that M.2 NVMe drive running in this computer.

If you need a second drive for things like photos or games, that's okay to add later. But try not to force your hard drive to start up the computer first. Your H81 chip won't let it work properly, and there is no magic trick to make it better. What specific drives do you have right now?
