Maximus xi hero I9 9900k
ASUS rog strix 3080 dominator platinum 32g total
I’ve heard a lot of discussions about it, but many people get wrong FPS numbers. Even before the S6, I’ve found myself stuck at around 150 FPS. It’s like it freezes and drops to lows like 120, 130, 140. No matter what I try, nothing works. I’m really confused and don’t know what to do. Should I pay someone to fix it when so many others have the same problem? It’s really frustrating and upsetting.

examine each cpu core individually. my estimate suggests one core is operating at 100%.

currently on 1080p the card supports 2k-4k gaming but my main problem is the cod warzone, cold war. I get over 200 fps and the fourth resident village is fine, 220-170 fps works well. CPU usage fluctuates around 60-80% based on area temps, staying between 53-58°C. GPU usage is between 39-43%, never exceeding 50% or dropping to 49%. SSD usage is roughly 3%-20%, briefly reaching 20% before returning to lower levels. RAM during gameplay is at 42%, about 15.5GB of a 32GB capacity. For the games, I assume they’re stored on my SSD Samsung Evo.
