F5F Stay Refreshed Hardware Desktop how can I control case fans?

I just purchased the Thermaltake Pure 12 ARGB 5V and linked all three fans to (SYS_FAN) on my MSI B450 Pro gaming carbon motherboard. they're spinning but not lighting up. I need help turning the RGB lights on and adjusting the fan speeds.

The RGB section is organized separately, with distinct headers for fan and RGB configurations.
