Looks like a monitor/panel or GPU hardware issue, never saw a bios/game/windows crash paint the screen...

It seems this setup is quite outdated, which could explain the performance issues. Checking your temperatures while under stress might help. Running a GPU stress test could reveal more, and a fresh driver install might improve things.

Based on temperatures, your CPU seems to be the issue, GPU temps are about 75 which is typical during summer, and those 75 degrees occur after 10 hours of continuous gaming.

It's clear this RX550 is nearing the end of its life. Running 10 hours daily and the CPU is aging quickly—upgrading is the best choice!
