Your processor and graphics card both have lots of power when compared to how much is usually needed for Valorant. So it won't matter much whether your picture quality or speed settings are set high or low. However, if you ever get a problem where the computer gets too hot, check what I said about adjusting the fan speeds.
My CPU is an I5 12400F and it runs on its default cooler without any tweaking or boosting speeds higher than what's set up.
Check my last post again. I couldn't find a calculator with 12400 inside, but you won't get stuck on Valorant because the CPU and GPU are both stronger than what the game asks for. Usually, you need an old CPU to feel limited in that game. Just use a custom fan profile if you hit any temperature problems.
I'll start with 30% of the weight, go to 50 degrees for a bit, then slowly increase it to 80% by the time I hit 80 degrees.
Like I said, to keep things at 70 degrees you might need to use over 80 percent on that part of the fan curve. But if we're talking about getting up to 90 Fahrenheit (32 Celsius) in the room, that's asking for a lot. Maybe just aim for 75 degrees instead if your surroundings are really hot.
brother i have set a new fan curve, so my gpu's idle temp is about 40, 41, or 42 degrees. When gaming at 1080p on medium settings, the temp goes up to around 65 to 70 degrees. Is that normal for my good idle and under load temps?
