I prefer not to delete my cookies or cache. I've used auto-fill often and don't recall many details about entries or passwords. I'd rather keep that.
Hotmail stopped working. When I type hotmail.com, it shows a message saying 'We can't log you in right now' and suggests trying again later. Restarting didn't help, and it also works in another browser.
I'm considering clearing my browser cookies or cache might solve the issue, but I don't want to do that.
I'm not sure if there are other solutions. Using a different browser for emails doesn't seem promising. Switching to a new email account isn't an option either.

And there you have it. The problem lies with the user habit, not any issues with the web page or browser.
[edit]
I highly recommend using a password manager. I use one that keeps the password database locally, called KeePassXc. Just ensure you regularly back up the password file.

My account has been causing issues lately, ranging from being unable to log in at all to multiple failed attempts. Please try logging in with a different device. I was able to access it smoothly on my tablet, but the PC restarted after that. EDIT using Chrome

Consider using another browser for testing. This will help verify if the problem lies with your primary browser settings. I strongly believe that ignoring cookie deletion is not a good idea. When encountering browser issues, the very first step should be to clear all cookies and caches. If you have extensions installed in your main browser, try disabling them (search for instructions) to see if it resolves the issue.

Thank you, I'm using Chrome too without any extensions. Firefox is also fine.
