I'm using patch 1.03 and noticing my FPS dropping from around 60 to 45. It seems others might be experiencing the same problem. My system specs are: RX 5600, i7-6600K, 3100 CPU, 16GB RAM, 3200 MHz RAM speed.

You've just set it up but keep experiencing issues. It might be time for a CPU upgrade. At least the HDR functionality is now active.
