Hold off on the Ryzen or consider purchasing a 3800x
I have an I7-4790k running at 4.7ghz along with a GTX 1080. Games are performing perfectly now. I’m thinking about upgrading to 1440p or 4K soon, but before purchasing a new monitor, I wanted to consider upgrading my CPU. I was hoping to get a Ryzen 4 before 2021, possibly a newer model when it drops in price. I’m also curious about reselling my CPU—seems you can get it for around $120 to $140. That’s quite a deal for this processor!
