Checking if the 4770k supports 1080p at 60fps and video editing. Also, verifying if the GTX 770 can handle 1080p at 60fps with medium settings across games like Fortnite, Valorant, Rocket League, and Apex.

The 4770k remains a solid CPU choice in 2021. I’d prefer a more modern GPU; the GTX 770 is quite outdated and offers little improvement over the GTX 1050. Consider going for an RX 570 instead.

Great to hear. Upgrading later sounds like a solid plan. Regarding performance, Nvidia cards do tend to be quite efficient—your 770 model is comparable to a 960 or 1050, depending on the specifics.

Sometimes it happens. Turing and Ampere experienced significant changes across generations: 2080ti → 3070 2080S → 3060ti, then 2070 again. That’s just how it goes.

The 3050 ti seems to reuse the same dye as the 3060, probably offering better worth. They applied this approach with the 3060ti/3070 as well.

I run the GTX 770 (2GB EVGA) with those titles and achieve over 200fps in MC and around 80 at 1080p mixed (Med High EPIC). If you only need to play those games, it should work well. I'm using a Ryzen 5 3600, but I don't think it's a problem in these titles. I can also stream using the 770, but I usually go with 720p at 60fps without any issues. I'm not sure if 1080p video recording works for me either (1080p at 60fps).
