I run the GTX 770 (2GB EVGA) with those titles and achieve over 200fps in MC and around 80 at 1080p mixed (Med High EPIC). If you only need to play those games, it should work well. I'm using a Ryzen 5 3600, but I don't think it's a problem in these titles. I can also stream using the 770, but I usually go with 720p at 60fps without any issues. I'm not sure if 1080p video recording works for me either (1080p at 60fps).
