I'm currently on my PC, and it seems this software might have triggered the issue. I recently downloaded it because I thought it would help with fan control, but now I'm worried it could be causing overheating or other problems. I'm putting it at maximum settings for both my CPU and GPU just to be safe.

Wow, I really messed up. I shouldn't have used the PCs. I accidentally increased the voltage on my RAM when I wasn’t even overclocking it, not because of the GPU but because I thought more voltage would help from my overclock attempt. Thanks for not reading my explanation.

It seems my previous comments were mostly accurate. It's nice to hear it's functioning correctly again.

My computer keeps crashing and shutting off unexpectedly. There are these tiny blue dots on my screen—what could be causing that?

I don't know how to help directly, but it sounds like your GPU is definitely the issue. The error code 43 usually indicates a hardware problem. Since your PC worked fine before, this might be a faulty component. You could try checking the GPU for signs of damage or overheating, and consider replacing it if necessary. If you're unsure, it might be best to visit a repair shop or get a new card.

It's time to replace the thermal pads and apply fresh paste. The cleaning was excellent, or you're done and it's ruined.

This approach might help. The store you mentioned does a process similar to cleaning and adjusting thermal paste, which could resolve overheating concerns. You reported no overheating while using it, and the temperature stayed at 41°C.

Restart into safe mode. Is the artifacting present there? It's hardware and you're likely SoL. Also, your thread title is really bad.

I wouldn't place any bet on it. It seems to resemble a 'bad cap' issue, or even more serious.
