It seems like the issue might be with your GPU or CPU. When you restart normally, the screen shuts down completely. The file you mentioned is likely a recording of the problem.

It seems your VRAM is failing. Try starting Ubuntu to check if the issue continues.

It seems you were tricked into purchasing a used GPU. That’s unfortunate—being aware is the first step to avoiding it next time.

You can start Ubuntu by connecting your device to the computer and following the on-screen instructions. If you're unsure, check the official Ubuntu documentation or a trusted guide for step-by-step help.

GPU-related issues definitely appear. If your CPU includes an integrated GPU, I’d attempt to disable the GPU and restart to verify, though I’ve only encountered this with failing GPUs. My apologies for the inconvenience.

The GPU for FX doesn't seem to include integrated graphics, unfortunately.

It's not unusual for a GPU to get very hot during use, especially if you're pushing it hard. The high temperature you felt suggests it might be overheating, which can happen if the cooling system isn't working properly. If you didn’t adjust the fan speed, it could indicate a blockage or malfunction. Try checking the cooling fans, ensuring they're not stuck, and consider cleaning dust from the vents. If the issue persists, it’s best to consult a professional.

The term varies by context, but top GPUs often generate significant heat during intense usage.

It might be a software problem. Your PC runs fine during startup and other tasks, but it doesn’t shut down. Reinstalling Windows could help resolve the issue.
