Last week I managed to copy and print a Micro Center order list for a return, but for a long time I couldn't print anything else—it wouldn't work. Any suggestions?
It seems to be a Brother printer. Wireless might cause some issues compared to a USB connection. Have you performed a proper uninstall and reinstall? Will it power on or produce any sounds?
Wired Brother will switch on and off. I attempted to reinstall the drivers, but it mentioned needing to disconnect and reconnect the USB cable. My setup used an HDMI cable instead.
Did you correctly comprehend that the printer was physically linked to the PC using an HDMI cable? Did you intend to refer to an Ethernet cable instead? This printer? [link] Reference Step 6 about connectivity methods and necessary configuration steps. The USB cable is being used temporarily for wireless configuration. Wireless setup can also be done directly through the printer's menus. Keep in mind that wireless connection might take time; the devices must establish a handshake and resolve technical aspects before the printer appears on the network.
Help for any business machine is not available. Assistance may be provided in certain cases. A business machine today costs $300, whereas a lease for an office machine priced at $3000 isn’t an option—it’s only rentable and not purchasable by the end user, such as with Xerox. The rules state there’s no license allowed for Xerox at your location.
No support when Wi-Fi 6 fails and you’re stuck with Wi-Fi 4 or 5 connectivity. There’s nothing to do. I’ve seen a USB cable that’s also problematic. I went back to my old router, which had Wi-Fi 4. Fixing or using it is a CATCHA—people who don’t know algebra, vocational math, or the math circle won’t be able to get their work done.
