So my CPU performed okay before I upgraded the motherboard. After swapping out the GPU and both CPUs showed more unstable performance, it’s getting worse. In World of Warcraft, FPS dropped significantly—about 25% lower than before. CPU usage jumped from 30 to 50-60 during fast gameplay, then dropped again. GPU usage shifted from near 100% to around 96%, then fell back. I suspect the CPU might be the issue. I’ve had this GPU for a couple of months, while my CPU feels like it’s been around 1-2 years. FPS tends to drop more in demanding games, and my GPU never exceeded 100% before; it usually stayed between 20-99%. After the motherboard change, everything seems off. Could it be that the CPU is faulty and limiting the GPU performance?

What is the power supply size? It seems like your motherboard might be the issue.

Hi there, glad you asked! I noticed you didn't mention the power source earlier. Your hyper M 500W unit is about a year and a half old—perfect condition for reliable use!

Apologies for the repetition. I discovered a different discussion about the same motherboard. It seems the issue might be related to that part.
