After 23 days since sending my previous sample to UPS, the replacement arrived. The vendor accepted the return and provided a new chip. Initially, the new unit performed minor FFTs smoothly for a few hours—far better than the old one, which struggled for just two seconds. I reset the CMOS when removing the old chip to keep track. Everything is now functioning properly; only a few small FFTs and blending runs remain before I consider it successful.
