What is the maximum overclock achievable with an R5 1600 using the standard Wraith Spire cooler at normal voltages? I'm curious since I intend to switch to a Ryzen later.

It might be that a 3.6ghz could actually be closer to 3.9ghz, and you'll need to verify it yourself. Each component behaves differently.
