Hey everyone, someone's got a 5900x overclocked at 1.5V and I need a solid base to figure out the best power/performance balance for their chip.

Activate PBO2 and lower the voltage. On my 5900X I achieve roughly 4.625 cores across, with single or dual cores exceeding 5GHz when required. Refer to the tutorial for details.
To achieve the best results with the Watts unit, it draws around 4GHz all Core for 1,069 V (great) while remaining stable. It's also the most power-efficient option based on my tests.

Unless you prefer sacrificing single-thread performance for a straightforward all-core frequency lock at around 4.7 or 8—something that might be risky unless you're heavily using the CPU for continuous tasks. Also, make sure your cooling system is solid; it’s not overly complicated.
