Consider adding a small fan to the VRM area and reducing temperatures. This should assist in avoiding throttling.

To avoid shutdowns, I need to restart roughly three times until the CPU package draws less than 5W (which keeps VRM temps normal). If not, it stays at 90W from boot and the VRM gets hotter than 115°C.
