Ryzen Master displayed voltages between 1.45V and 1.5V under load, while HWINFO 64 reported 1.35 to 1.4V. Your setup with PBO and a -0.1V offset seems to be showing accurate readings.

This behavior is typical. When the processor reaches its peak frequency (around 4.3GHz), it increases the voltage to maintain performance.

It only displays the VCore adjustment, not the real voltage measurement.

You don't have to rely on Ryzen Master since it indicates 1.5V and HWINFO64 shows 1.4.
