Auto and manual provide high voltage, but on manual I can't locate a way to adjust it manually. It seems to drop when stressing the CPU oddly. It doesn't crash, but I need to lower the voltage to reduce temperatures. Stressing off vs stressing on. Voltage setting in bios. Thanks for any assistance.

The exact voltage specified is 1.35v. Check if your i7 6700k remains stable at this setting with a frequency of 4.5ghz. You might also consider adjusting the specific LLC level in the DIGI+VRM area, such as setting it to Level 4 or 5, using AIDA64 or ASUS Realbench for better stability.
