Attempting OC 9900k while watching most YouTube tutorials, but still facing high voltage droop on ASUS ROG Maximus XI Hero (Wi-Fi) Z390 llc6 v1.320 5ghz. Under load, Vcore reaches 1.23 when using both manual and adaptive voltage settings (blender, AIDA64).

with OC'ing components theres variance between each CPU produced, some can handle more voltage than others, you may have just been unlucky. Make sure you have plenty cooling, and try Auto OC in BIOS?
