On your PC, the download speed is 350 Mbps while upload is only 1.5 Mbps. The issue isn't due to internet problems since similar tests on your iPhone or laptop show comparable speeds. Consider checking your router placement and antenna setup—using an antenna extender might improve signal quality if positioned better. Your Intel AX200 with PCIe adapter should work, but ensure the hardware is compatible.

You might want to adjust the placement of the antennas now. Experiment with different angles—point them straight out or slightly angled. Keep one antenna straight and another slightly to the side for comparison. If you have an antenna with a cable, it could be beneficial. I’m not sure if the included unit is in good condition, but it appears to have positive feedback. Also, consider the distance between your router and the device. During the speed test, try positioning the iPhone behind your PC to see if performance remains consistent.

The router is positioned just a short distance below you, near the ceiling, which isn't too far away. The speed test on your phone was conducted in the same spot as the PC antennas. I'll start adjusting the angles now.

I also tested the antennas in various orientations and relocated the PC to the center of my room, but the upload remained unaffected.
