Hello, I've been having trouble keeping my CPU cool. I switched from a 15mm to a 280mm AIO cooler, which helped a bit. I've updated the case and fans too. On CPU-Z I see temps around 66°C, but sometimes they spike to 78°C during real bench runs with the liquid cooler at 32°C. Others report much better results. Is my CPU functioning normally?

I applied the stock paste to the cooler and currently don’t have any on my hands.

Remove the old thermal paste, as most of it from the cooler has dried out. Use fresh thermal paste and try again.

I'm planning to upgrade my CPU this year, hoping it won't cause overheating issues. It turns out people's experiences can differ based on the software they use for temperature readings and stress tests. For instance, my motherboard's software shows a 10°C lower reading compared to what I usually see.
