If everything else seems fine, I recommend using fancontrol (https://getfancontrol.com/) and adjusting its settings to handle the situation. You can extend the response time beyond the brief spike to around 70°C, or simply increase the fan speed once your CPU hits about 75°C. This should be the most effective approach in that case. I agree with this advice. For me, the top core reaches up to 1.46V and consumes a reasonable amount of power. It seems that aiming for higher boost performance while avoiding the lowest voltage range helps prevent overheating. However, I’m not sure what voltages other high-end CPUs use, so this is just my guess.
