Your Ryzen 5 3600 is running at higher temperatures than usual, especially when idle. It’s unusual compared to your previous CPU, which had better temps with the same cooling solution. The Hyper 212 cooler might not be providing enough heat dissipation under these conditions.
What’s the situation when under load? It seems a bit warm, more than what I’d expect. Do you have PBO turned on? Any overclocking or Ryzen Master installed? Also, are there any background processes running? I think 3600 should run smoothly at around 35-40°C, but maybe the mount isn’t ideal.
I know for sure after switching to a 212, my idle dropped from 60 to around 40-50. It jumps above 50 when using heavy software like Premiere Pro or GTA V.
In the 50s it's typical for my R5 3600 at idle. The higher the load temps, the more concern I'd have. As long as they don't exceed 90°C, I wouldn't be too concerned...

It's odd, it seems to vary by core or something, with temperatures differing a lot—like one part reads "55C" while another says "79C".
