He has a 3950mm processor cooled with an X62 NZXT liquid cooler. He reports idle temps around 50°C, but under load it reaches 70-75°C. He feels these are too high and wonders if the upside-down installation of the cooler might be affecting performance.

Load and idle temps are fine, nothing wrong with them, and idle temps don't really matter, load temps do and they're decent.

When operating at full load, temperatures between 75-84 degrees are common. You’ll need to cool things down quickly! The climate in Egypt is indeed hot, so these readings make sense.

The block that attaches to the motherboard can be turned in any direction, as it doesn't affect performance. Placing the radiator at the top of the case or positioning the tubes at the bottom of the radiator is optimal for better performance and longer lifespan.

On what setup? Loop Cinebench or gaming performance? Honestly, 75C seems quite intense for a gaming load.
