Likely. I don’t remember the last time I used an AMD chip without an undervolt, but it’s rarely needed. Your age is under 89°C, that’s all that counts. Avoid thinking too much about temperature unless you’re actually overheating and throttling.

It's typical for your setup. It feels a bit hot, but you can try a few adjustments if you're willing. The room temperature is around 23°C, and the fans are likely running slowly and quietly. Increasing their speed could make a difference.

Hey, I've been using a 7800x3D for around two years now. It's running at 70°C+ during gaming, which is totally normal for the chip. Make sure your case provides good airflow so the CPU fan can effectively draw in cool air when temperatures rise.
