Pump must always operate at full duty cycle and the rad fan(s) should be connected to the CPU fan header to allow speed adjustments according to temperature. Also, I haven't used Asus RealBench before, but if it supports "AVX" workloads, temperatures will likely be too high. I prefer using OCCT Small Batch test.
