Hello everyone, I'm facing some issues with my PC. From the image you mentioned, the processor slows down when it's under heavy load, even though temperatures are normal. It works fine when idle, but when running a virtual machine, the installer uses 1 gigabyte and 2 cores. This error keeps happening every time I boot up.

Consider adjusting PL1 and PL2 settings in the BIOS. Run HWINFO to identify the cause of the slowdown. This will show you why your system is reducing performance.

It doesn't seem like power throttling is in effect. The CPU is drawing around 130 watts under full load, with standard BIOS settings except for XMP profiles for RAM, Intel Turbo Boost, and SpeedShift activated.

It's showing the actual wattage it's using, not what you see in the image. The 11400f runs at 2.6 GHz with a top boost of 4.4 GHz. The desired power is around 65W, and both PL1 and PL2 will temporarily rise to meet that target, though not indefinitely. If it stays at 65W under load, it should be functioning correctly. You still have some flexibility to tweak the power settings. It's normal for the CPU to ramp up even when lightly loaded, but a full load or a 100% frequency will change the draw significantly.

I performed a stress test using CPU Z. At startup power draw was 100W, but after a few minutes it reduced to 85W, maintaining between 80 and 85W. Frequency fluctuated from 3.2GHz to 3.9GHz, beginning with a brief period at 4.1GHz.

It seems everything is functioning properly. To increase performance, consider modifying the PL states within the BIOS.

Verify the presence of the MultiCore Enhancement feature within your BIOS settings.

The system is running smoothly, but the idle frequency stays at 4.1GHz while games lower it to 3.2–3.4GHz. The processor never hits 4.4GHz. If you’re familiar with configuring PL1 and PL2 settings, I’d appreciate your guidance.
