I'm still getting used to PC specifications and details. I'll try to explain clearly. Right now, I'm checking the BIOS settings for "extreme tweaker/INTERNAL CPU A Power Management." The turbo mode is active (refer to the attached file). I'm also reviewing the "External Digi+ Power Control." Everything is set to auto, with the AC adapter load line and VRM load line turned off. Would I need to adjust anything? The last photo shows the BIOS CPU reading.

That USB cable on the pump block seems a bit crooked. Try turning it off, unplugging it, reconnecting, and then powering it back on. You might be able to adjust the pump speed or monitor it using Asus AI Suite software, as it appears to control both the pump and its speed.
