Hi, I have an i9 9900kf running on a Strix H370-F GAMING MB. It experiences temperature spikes, rising from 55°C to 88°C and then 99-100°C, causing thermal throttling. I’m using a 750W Platinum Power Supplier with a Silver Stone PF240 AIO. After changing the thermal paste to Platinum Power three times, the AIO seems to handle heat better, but it still gets quite hot near the front of the AIO. I suspect the issue might be related to the motherboard settings—perhaps adjusting the V-core or lowering the VRM could help. I’ve tried setting the BIOS to disable Auto OC or Boost mode, but nothing resolves the problem. The system is running the latest BIOS with Windows 11. I’ve captured some status screenshots during normal Windows boot and checked the browser. Also, I’ve maxed out all XTU settings for a day or two without issues, but now it’s stable at around 100°C. I’m unsure what’s causing this and need advice.
