due to the way these nodes work, people frequently push the new Ryzen chips beyond their limits, mimicking older models like the 3570k. they often boost the voltage to extreme levels such as 1.45, but even short bursts above 1.3-1.35 can harm the core if you're not careful—running above 1.35 with PBO is acceptable since it completes the cycle in less than a microsecond and switches quickly. Ryzen tends to damage transistors under static voltages, which can ruin the chip.
I’ve pushed 1.45v across all cores and the temperatures are through the roof. If it were a 5600X I’d run everything at its highest setting, cooling would be much simpler. It’s your chip though—just follow your preference. A bit of extra noise is unavoidable, which many can’t handle.

Just to clarify, BIOS Core #0 equals Core 1 Core #1 equals Core 2 Core #2 equals Core 3... and so on. Your cores are listed as 2, 3, 9, 10. That would mean Core #1 Core #2 should be Core 2, Core 10, Core 11. Is that accurate?
Probably you won't need that detail with PBO. Also, take Ryzen Master off the system and handle all PBO adjustments in the BIOS. Ryzen Master might interfere with your BIOS settings. Use HWINFO to keep an eye on performance stats.
For gaming purposes I didn't see any real benefit with PBO plus curve optimizer Onloop. The best result came from CB 23 versus the default version. I prefer keeping temperatures below 65°C during gameplay. If I use Ryzen Master to apply an undervolt of 1.25 at 4500-4600, I only enable it during gaming sessions. This approach seems safe and avoids potential damage, as most people warn that static can be harmful. For regular use, the default settings are recommended and undervolting at 4500-4600 is only for gaming.
